WampServer

I have been looking for awhile at all these solutions and nothing worked for me. In a way I guess it was dumb of me, but I still found only one other place where someone mentioned it, and nothing here. I have SQL Server installed on my machine and services start up which use localhost. I stopped all of these services under services.msc, restarted all services in Wamp, and then the icon went
