I really dont know what i am doing and now local =host wont work but 127.0.0.1 will but i want localhost to work, if you need to take control of my pc then i have teamviewer installed really want this working thanks

Can anyone help me please i have installed wamp server and when i type in localhost i get a forbidden error but when i type im 127.0.0.1 this works i really want to have the localhost to work

Can anyone help please I have installed wamp server but there is no option on the phpmyadmin to change password also no option to click on privileges please help
