I believe I found a solution for this issue. You might not remember but the first time you access localhost in IE10 it asks about some intranet settings. I'm providing the steps to change intranet settings. My browser is not in default english so the words may be different in some of the steps. In ie 10: 1. Go to Tools (Alt + X) - > Internet Options -> Security Tab 2. Select Local
