Hi people, I made a simple WordPress portfolio website for a friends building company about 5 months ago using Wamp, where it has sat untouched on the laptop ever since. Being now ready to promote his new work has asked me to get it setup for him, however... Attempting to run the site again locally in Wamp I get the 'Error connecting to database' message. Looking in myPHPAdmin I don't see

HI all, I dont think this is a wamp issue exactly, but as I am using the wamp setup I thought someone here might know what is going on. Hi Steven, Thanks for getting back to me re: db issue. What am I looking for if not an SQL file? I only thought it was an sql file based on a post I read on StakeOverFlow forum. I see a db.opt ??

Hi all, Ive got a bit of a wierd one here... I am developing at site offline and have not done any work on it for a couple of months now. When I started it up earlier and opened phpMyAdmin my sites database is not in the list. So I thought I would try and create new and import the .sql file from C:\wamp\bin\mysql\mysql5.6.12\data\my-db... but I cannot find it anywhere, in any of the folders
