WampServer

Every application has an associated dependency. Sometimes it strict, sometimes its not. The Wamp server depends on Microsoft visual C++. So if you are using the 64-bit wamp server, you need 64-bit version of VC++ and for 32-bit you need the 32-bit version. This should solve your problem. Do reply if it does...
