WampServer

Hello! As you can tell by the title my icon on wampserver is orange, not green. I really dont know what to do about this because my port 80 is clear, i did the Port 80 test and And ti says Your port 80 is not actually used. Where to go from here?

Hey guys! I have used wampserver for website flawlessly over the years with not alot of trouble what so ever. Okay, sorry for not speaking french. So basically, i am using wampserver for my database, also for my website that im trying to host! So i have everything done, setup, works PERFECTLY on locahost! So now i need to make it so that other people, from around the world, can connect to it. How do i do that? Thanks in advance!
