hi , what is overwritten the WAMP HOMEPAG. how can i get rid of overwriting wamp homepage with others. i cannot open the folder C:\wamp\www\index.php

i deleted the folder C:\wamp\www\index.php and now my folder C:\wamp\www is empty. i didn't get a clear idea about overwritten the WAMP HOMEPAGE. can you please explain it and give me a proper sollution.

you are right . now i had deleted the folders which i put early in the www folder.but still am unable to launch the homepage when i use " local host". and the same problem repeating again when i use 'http://localhost:8081'

i had downdoaded Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x64).but i was unable to install it pop up menu is appearing as follows .\ install .exe is not a valid win 32 application what can i do know
