it was working fine until i change the version of mysql because i had joomla 3.1 project and i had problem to import database through bigdump.php so i did that now what can i do i am in big trouble please help me i have team viewer

I am ram from nepal. i was trying to import database through bigdump but i couldn't i was running joomla 3.1 so i thought it could be ok if i change my mysql vwersion to higher it shows some error contain couldn't execute menu item internal error and i try to access phpmyadmin "#2002 - No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
