WampServer

I am new to Drupal, I have set up wamp server ver (wampserver2.2e-php5.4.3-httpd2.2.22-mysql5.5.24-x64) on windows server 2008 r2 with sharepoint 2010 , Visual studio 2010 with sp1 , windows mobile sdk 7.1 pre installed. Evrything works fine until i try the wsclient which requires oAuth which requires ph_curl to be enabled. I had tried to enable the same from clicking the wamp server>
