WampServer

Hello, I have the problem in my Windows 2008 R2 server. When I run wamp it goes online, but my website have random crashes and the page will just loading and loading. The website will work perfect only 15mintues and then it go down for 1-3 hours and again it working.. any idea whats going on? GUIDE plz!
