WampServer

I did this as suggested, rebooted the computer, but stil getting the same message when I test port 80. Is it possible that another application starts up a web server or takes port 80?

I just installed Wampserver on my computer - Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, but none of the services will start. I read some of the problems others were having and I did the Test Port 80 under Apache services and got the following message: Your port 80 is actually used by: Server: Microsoft-HTTAPI/2.0 I am trying to use Wampserver for a class I am taking in PHP.
