WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have the mysql extension installed and all I get is Forbidden You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/ on this server. What is going on with this version???????????????

Have installed WAMP5 1.7.0 on windows 2k. NO matter what I try to run I am told I do not have permission. WHAT IS GOING ON? I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT ALL WE HAD TO DO WAS INSTALL AND BEGIN USING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, how does this get fixed?

I recently installed the newest version 1.7.0 on to my windows 2000 machine.
