Ah!... A clean reinstall of WAMP put me back to normal

I am not sure what I did but all of a sudden when I try to preview any php files in my browsers (localhost) I get that window that asks what program I would like to use to view it. If I select my browser all it does is download it but ot open it, weird.. The only thing I can think of is I was monkeying around clicking the Apache modules and PHP settings in the icons context menu. I wondered what
