WampServer

Hi, I have installed WAMP 1.6.1 and all is going well until I go to use PEAR. I have ran go-pear.bat and followed all onscreen prompts. Added the env variables. In the script i have require_once "db.php" but db.php does not exist on the machine?? Any ideas how to get PEAR working? Thanks
