does it work on win 7? I cant seem to get this working. thanks

I just cant seem to get it all to work I installed wamp phpinfo shows all is well installed ioncube and got a report of a good install from the wizard yet when i try to run the install script for an app I get: I opened firewall for the httpd exe because of firwall log reports I dont know what to do from here. Faulting application name: httpd.exe, version: 2.2.22.0, time stamp: 0x4faf

in my own little battle to get wamp installed i discovered that several services including www publishing services or IIS and also web deployment services need to be stopped try netstat -a at the command prompt to look for listening on port 80

I am trying to get an application installed also and came across the same error. if you can find your firewall log you will probably see that the firewall is blocking the httpd.exe. the log provides the path. create an incomming permission in the firewall and it might help.
