WampServer

I have installed wamp 1.6.4 on a machine with IP 192.168.0.99 and want to access the apache webserver from another machine with IP 192.168.0.41. When i write 'http://192.168.0.99/localhost' from the second machine it shows "Forbidden: U don't have permission to access / on this server. Error no:403". Does anybody have a solution?? I need it badly....
