WampServer

I also have installed WordPress on my local machine so I can work on creating themes. For some reason, when I try to login in the WordPress admin panel, it gives me a redirect and I can't login. I've searched everywhere, including the WordPress codex, but can't find out what the problem is or how to resolve it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm a real newbie at this so please be gen
