WampServer

I recently reinstalled my Windows 7 OS so I had to reinstall my wamp 2.2e testing server, but unfortunately I am now unable to access my localhost or phpmyadmin applications. The taskbar icon is orange and when I attempt to access these apps I get the following message... Unable to connect Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at localhost I tested P
