Hello, I have the same problem with win 8, I see that only I have access to 127.0.0.1 [127.0.0.1] but changing the name of my machine I generated: This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but do not have permission to view the website.

Hola. Tengo instalado Windows 8 pero me genera un error al tratar de ingresar a mi admin de pho HTTP 403 Prohibido Alguno sabe que puede ser... sera que win 8 usa el puerto 80 diferente.. Muchas gracias.
