WAMP works fine in Google Chrome, IE10 is the only part giving me grief.

I'm having the exact same problem. IE can get to localhost, but only If I load it before loading localhost in chrome. IE cannot get to any other page. Chrome works fine, as long as IE is not trying to load localhost.
