Soory for my bad english I had this problem by i have resolved. Indeed, i ve sql server 2008 R2 on my computer and after stopping IIS the problem still persisted. I have stopped all service of sql server 2008 (as i didn't use) all wamp start well. I don't know what service occuped the port 80 but it run.
