well if i restart my router my 192.x.x.1 ip changes but when i restart my comp the 72.x.x.21 ip changes. so which one do i have to forward? thanks

so i have to forward my 70.x.x.234 IP using my router? everytime i restart my computer, the ip changes. that'd be troublesome to do. but i'll try and let you know thanks

hey guys, i installed wamp, no problem at all. because i usually set them manually now i found out there is wamp ( why go through all these editing when you can just install wamp ) so i did so, and got everything up. the problem is i couldnt let the server be accessed from others. i can access it through my ip address ( not the 192.x.x.1 ) but the 151.x.x.124. it can be accessed from whoever in
