WampServer

Exactly I have this problem. WAMP server icon is green. I do not have Skype or IIS on my pc. My windows is 7 (x86). I did all advices which you have mentioned but when I want to load localhost it bring nothing and it seems that browsers cannot reach to anything and the page is blank!
