you press the button edot on top of the window then in edit there are lots of button you should press preview and when the dilog window opens pres the button edit preview rules is this ok?

it is under the edit in preference you click preview and then you press edit preview rules

Hi all I have installed in my laptop windows 7. Also I have downloaded and installed wampserver2.2e. I am using HTML Kit as web editor. I am adding in the workspace the folder that I am working with. Everything is working fine, but when I am turn it on my laptop again and try to view my web page through html kit it is loosing the localhost setting (i.e ) and shows only the name and route of
