WampServer

Hi, am having a challenge, my phpAdmin doesnt come up in my browser...it says site might be temporary unavailable. i have turned off all applications, also when i try to access the php settings maually, it doest still come-up.. it says ''could not execute menu item (internal error). (External) could not perform action. please i need some help... thanks
