WampServer

Hi I'm new to all this so sorry if its boring, i've just installed wampserver so I can run moodle on my machine, but I keep getting the same error when I try to access Tools phpmyadmin and your aliases phpmyadmin, sqlbuddy and webgrind I get the sam http 404 forbidden error for all of them.
