3. Help with Windows 7 netbook
I need help if someone is kind enough to assist me. I am taking a graduate class on PHP & MYSQL. I am using a Samsung N210 netbook 32 bit with Windows 7 starter edition on it. When I download WAMP server and attempt to run it, I get this error: "The program can't start because php_mbstring.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
