WampServer

I m using windows 7 os,, I am unable to connect with localhost as soon as I start the apache tomcat server and try to open get the error message the error message is uploaded in the link " " ,, anther thing I want to mention that I started the Internet Information Service(IIS) but still I cant open the localhost with my browser Mozilla and IE ,, I have checked the TCP port 80
