i install wamp server in my laptop many times..windows 7 home based...everytimke i try to open php my admin to create database it says but the wamp is color green..please help me..i want to use joomla but i cant because of this..

we have thesame problem!/!tsk please help guys..ive tried many ti mes installing wamp with my joomla..but when i try to open php my admin it says "forbidden.You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/ on this server." the color is green..huhu=(
