am a noob...i wanted to host a website from my home pc...so i used wamp server..and no-ip.com domain name . but the problem is i cant access my website outside lan ( from internet )...am not behind a router and i have disabled firewall.. but stll cant access it...! if 200.200.200.199 is my ip.. how should i edit the httpd.conf file to access my simple site outside lan??? this is my free
