Go to download *php_curl-5.4.3-VC9-x64.zip* under "Fixed curl extensions:" and replace the php_curl.dll in ext folder. This worked for me.

Hello Shiroamada, I came across the same problem and after much research, I discovered that I need the 64 bit version of thread safe php which unfortunately is not available at the official php site. I downloaded one from which solved the issue for me.
