WampServer

Sorry if this is a noobish question, but what is the wampserver unit? The server program? And my LAN IP address is teh same as my public IP address. Will this make any difference? Post Edited (12-14-06 04:39)

No one can connect to my webserver. I have forwarded the ports 80, enabled port 80 in 3-party firewall, and have disabled my firewall. Still no dice. Any help of what I should do?
