WampServer

I know it most be out of line to ask this here , but anyway, im trying to put up wamp on windows server 2008, and i got little experience in server 2008, so my windows doesn't get that 127.0.0.1 and localhost are the same thing, any lead on how or where to look for a solution with this? thank you
