Did so, also had issues with the Deny from all command. Comment it out, restart services, and was golden. Just in case you also had similar issues. WARNING: Doing this may leave you somewhat vulnerable! Not sure why they released WAMP with such a massive issue with access permissions. This will need to be resolved or documented in the installation guide if they choose not to fix.
