WampServer

Hi. I have Wamp 1.4.5 version and tried to uninstall it, but just get the error to say unintaller file missing can not uninstall ?? Any help really appreciated fairly new user, a friend installed this for me but has moved abroad now, so having to try and sort this myself now. Thanks in advance Joanna.
