WampServer

Hi so I used to use wamp server and zapto.org as a host redirector a couple months ago and everything worked fine. I recently got a new router and started working on a site and whenever I enter my wan\public ip it edirrects me to my router, realized I didn't portforward port 80 and when I do that it just continuiosly loads and times out and yes I mean the 99.xxx.xx.x adress not 192.168.0.x.
