Hmm, seem to have solved the problem myself, it was infact an older php.ini file locating in %systemroot% Where as WAMPS php.ini file is location in C:\{Instalation Directory}\apache\php.ini ;]

Apache and Mysql are both running correctly, I have checked this. Whenever I load or phpinfo.php firefox asks to save the PHP file, I have no idea why this is not working, may be due to the fact that I had php previously installed on my machine, without any controlling software i.e. WAMP A friend advised me on this site, for control of my services and configuration so I thought Id give it ago
