1. You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/ on this server.
When going to i get the error You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/ on this server. Same with sqlbuddy and webgrind. Also where can I get to my www/ directory?

For web developing, you want to learn HTML/CSS then JavaScript(don't get this confused with Java). After you got those down, you'll want to learn the server side programmer which is PHP and MySQL
