The solution for this problem can be found from this thread "Modify the apache HTTPD.CONF file. Change "Listen 80" to "Listen 0.0.0.0:80". (FIXES 403 FORBIDDEN ERROR)" Just to make sure people who end up here (like me) can easily found the solution.

I'm sorry to spam but I find it just weird that after my statement (I'm also living in a hope that they will release a new version of osCommerce which would work with PHP 5.4) they release a new version right away! Considering that it has been quite a long time since last update. I'm going back to 64bit now.

Not necessary mate I don't want to bother you too much. Although it could help others in the future as well. Are there any major differences between 5.6.3 and 5.3.1 when it comes to stability? All I really need is reliable and stable environment and I don't mind using 5.3.1 32bit if that's what it takes. Okey, thank you There is no installer for PHP 5.3.6 is there? I have never installed addons manually so I have no clue how it works? Should I just download the right version and place it under wamp/bin/php folder just like the installed would do?

Hello, I installed Wamp 2.2 64bit with PHP 5.4. I had to install PHP 5.3.1 in order to use osCommerce 2.3.2. I downloaded PHP 5.3.1 from Wamp homepage but for some reason it's not working with my Apache 2.2.22. Hello, I would like to know what is the most easiest way to create a SSL certificate. I'm doing it only for a testing purpose. I need to develope a Facebook application and nowadays they require SSL.
