So it seems that all I had to do to fix this problem was: 1) Go to wamp folder 2) go to bin folder 3) go to apache folder 4) go to Apache2.2.21 5) go to config folder 6) inside config folder there is a file httpd.config 7) change Listen 80 to Listen 8080. 8) save the file and restart wamp server services. 9) Now open browser and type in address bar (http:\\localhost:8080).
