well i seem to be slowly diagnosing my own problems.. The problem lies within the default settings for WAMP5 in the pnp.ini or httpd.conf files.. So i have to pick apart these files to find which setting is causing the debugger not to work.. be back soon!! (this has been a 4 day problem so far) btw.. i figured this out by installing xampp

Im having exactly the same problem: Either the server service or the configuration file could not be found. Startup variables and service section are therefore disabled. Have we figured out a way to get this addon to work correctly??
