WampServer

Hi All, I had the same issure and wha I did is I went to Control Panel\Security\Administrative Tools in there I clicked 'services'and stopped Web Development Service. Note: When I had this issue I was using Windows 7 Basic version. For Windows 7home premium U should probably go to IIS Manager and on the right inside Manage Server Click Stop for Wamp server to show green Hope t
