WampServer

I just reinstalled wamp on Windows XP to get the latest version on php and now cannot access my domain running on the same machine. I get the following in my server error log: client denied by server configuration: C:/wamp/www/ke7.php and this error is posted by the server: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /ke7.php on this server. Apache/2.0.59 (Win32) PHP/5.2.0 Server at www.keys
