OK I solved it myself : I had uncommented the line in the wrong php.ini That was all that was needed to enable GD Library.Everything working fine now. Cheers !!!

3. GD Library not supported?
I found from phpinfo() that GD Library is not supported. I have installed WAMP5 version1.6.6 I tried to enable it by myself by uncommenting extension=php_gd2.dll in php.ini I also copied the .dll to WINDOWS/system32 Still no luck.Someone help !!! Ugrent !!!
