WampServer

Again, just to update, I have since been able to access wamp remotely by changing the httpd.conf file root folder permissions to "Allow from all"... so I guess I just need to know 1) what is the lock icon and 2) does someone have a back door into my system?!!! =/ edit: also, wamp server says "offline" even though it works!

Anybody know what the lock icon means? I had been running wamp for 6+ months and one day I could no longer access the server from anywhere except the local computer. After hours of digging I found that the permissions to my root folder on my server (as specified in httpd.conf) had been changed to deny permissions to everyone except localhost.
