yes i figured it out i didnt know you had to create anew folder in www. then put the html and php file into it and it work!!!

ok so i install wamp 5 and it says all services running online and stuff.. trying to test it. i use notepad for html and php. the html page i test was a simple it was just like user name and password input then hit the submit button then my dreamweaver pops so then i change the properties on the php to use firefox then what pops up is asking to save it with php wtf. i put all my files in c/wa
