do i need to turn my laptop firewall on or off while using wampserver? i know i hav uninstall skpye and any other application that will cause trouble. the big problem is complain now is that iis7.5 is using my port 80 iis means internet information service pls can anyone help me out

pls can anyone help me out pls. my wampserver icon showing yellow sign,but still saying its online, but wen i click localhost and php/myadmin,its bringing an erroe messege, also saying apache cannt not start when i try to start the service.
