I have the localhost pointed to port 85 (localhost:85). This works for developing but when I want to go to phpmyadmin through WAMP in the tray and I get a blank page. I change the address to localhost:85/phpmyadmin or localhost:85/?phpmyadmin and I still get the blank page. How can I point everything to port 85? As a side not I am on Windows 7 professional 64 bit. I tried the 64 bit version and

Yes, I did try 'Run as administrator'. All I want to do is is have the icon show 'online' and have all the selections come up for 'php administrator' and the rest. Right now, when I hoover over the icon, all I get is 'WAMPSERVER- server off line. The options I get when I right click over the icon are (in order top to bottom): About, Refresh, Help, Language >, Exit.

I have this problem also but do not have httpd.conf in my wampserver icon. I am on Windows 7 so where should I look? I did a search and found 2. C:\wamp\bin\apache2.2.17\conf and conf\original. can I edit these and if so, which one?

The following is the message I get: Windows cannot access the specific device, path, or file. You may npt have the appropriate permissions to access the item. I am the administrator for Windows 7 Professional, 64 bit. What do i need to do?
