WampServer

I had the same issue, and I have just installed Windows 7, therefore I had no my.ini file around wamp folder and my IIS was unchecked. The wamp server was offline and this how I solved the problem and I might save time to somebody else: 1.in folder C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\etc, open file hosts and delete anything in this file and have only this line below and nothing else 127.0.0.1 local
