it just keep loading in da browser but still cant open my php...then when i use test port service..it said..no information available (might be skype). so how is it?

Anybody can help me...?i've a problem while im running the wamp...the icon tray turns white..and when i type in my address bar of da browser...it's loading the page...but it doesnt show anything even it just a blank page..and the progress bar still loading the page...but it still doesnt show any changes during 15 minutes even i've ever wait till 45 minutes to ensure about this error....im really
